I want to take a minute and clarify the ministries that God has blessed us to be able to do. I was called to prison ministry well over twenty-five years ago and I knew when I walked into that first prison in Anson County NC that I was doing exactly what God had called me to.
We’ve continued all these years to go to many prisons in many states full time and we have seen so many touched and saved by the Lord Jesus and so many lives changed by his very presence in their lives. And we have watched many men and women get out and lead victorious lives under the power of the Holy Spirits guidance, what a blessing!
As a ministry we also do hurricane and natural disasters. We take supplies and work cleaning out flooded homes and help people any way we can. So, when you see us post about what we’re doing and asking for help I want you to know that we don’t just ask others for money because we have held to the fact that Paul was a tent maker. He took the earnings from his work to help him minister and not burden others. We also use every extra dollar we have for this ministry. We’ve been to many disasters and always try to honor God in all we do.
We recently put a post out to help children of inmates at Mississippi State Prison (Parchman) to receive Christmas gifts from their fathers. These children have been through so much bad, wouldn’t it be great to see them as they receive and open those gifts? (Below is the list.)
We just want to bless without judgement, we’ll leave the judging to the Lord. Would you ask the Lord what you should help and Gods will be done. And please pray as we go that our footsteps will be ordered by the Lord!
